Our full two day educational program for visitors, has been developed in consultation with the ‘explore Drinks’ publications and will host a range of leading industry experts.

Visitors will be able to connect and engage with industry leaders in the fields of whisky, rum, beer, cider and cocktails and will be given the opportunity to learn more about the category.

Neal started his brewing career setting up William Bull Brewery for de Bortoli Wines. He then moved to Sydney to set up the Australian Brewery, out at Rouse Hill, busying himself winning multiple trophies and gold medals in the first year. He is also a passionate beer writer, and beer judge, working at many renowned competitions.
